About Maidina
Madina Anwaier is a multidisciplinary creative leader specialising in the intersection of fashion design, creative direction, and digital innovation. With a background spanning the UK and China, she is recognised for transforming legacy fashion systems into digital-first enterprises and creating work that connects craftsmanship with technology, strategy, and measurable business growth.

Madina graduated from the London College of Fashion with a BA (Hons) in Fashion Pattern Cutting and later pursued a Master’s in Social Media & Digital Communication at the University of Westminster, further strengthening her expertise in digital fashion and brand storytelling. Career milestones include contributing to Richard Quinn’s SS22 London Fashion Week couture show and being selected as one of four designers to launch her own Maidina A Bridal capsule at Bridal Week London 2023, where her Glamour gown secured the brand’s first boutique stockist sale.

As Creative Director at White Rose Bridal, Madina has led 30+ international campaigns, built the company’s first in-house photography function (saving ~£15K annually), and developed B2B toolkits that lifted buyer enquiries by 30% and wholesale conversions by 15%. She also directed a 10-person post-production team in China, delivering high-quality, impact-driven campaigns across e-commerce, social media, and print.

Her practice blends couture craftsmanship, digital-first campaigns, and AI-driven creative exploration (CLO3D, MidJourney, ChatGPT), positioning her among a new generation of creatives shaping the future of global fashion.
